HOT STONE is one of the other 3 sister restaurants, Mahob Khmer, Lum Orng Garden, and Lum Orng Farm To Table who established in 2014 under the well-known food and beverage company MAHOB GROUP who bases in Siem Reap province, Kingdom of Cambodia.
The concept of “HOT STONE” is barbecue grilling that people can enjoy their meat whether it’s local cuts or import from overseas. A unique about HOT STONE is a choice of people whether they want it rare, medium, or well-done because it cooks by themselves on the volcanic stone is heated to 300-400 degrees in an oven for approximately six to eight hours. Beautifully decorated in the Khmer style with original features such as carved wooden roof detail and blinds. The house an airy wooden at both ground floor and first floor where people can enjoy seating during their dinner with around by trees and magnificent chandeliers. The house has been carefully restored in keeping with all its original design features, including an attractive leaf roof sourced from the heart of Siem Reap province, and the house is about 50 years old and 99% of the wood claimed wood.
