This evening, your introduction to Cambodia continues through its food. Enjoy a special dining experience celebrating the flavours of modern Khmer cuisine in an intimate and elegant setting. The menu takes inspiration from Cambodia's culinary traditions, using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from different provinces across the country. It is more than just your first dinner.

After breakfast you will visit first Satcha. Satcha stands for Cambodian Handicrafts Incubation Center, is more than just a market. It's a social enterprise with a mission to empower and support local artisans. provides a unique opportunity to see the artisans at work. There are six onsite workshops built using traditional Cambodian bamboo with contemporary design elements. Here, you can witness the various handicraft creation processes firsthand. By visiting Satcha we support local artisans and their communities and witness traditional Cambodian craftsmanship. Before we drive to the Kulen Elephant Project we have a stop in Preah Dak. The Khmer noodle served in Preah Dak is most likely Nom Banh Chok (sometimes spelled Nom Banh Chok or Num Banh Chok) is the best in Cambodia. Many families in Preah Dak still make the rice noodles using time-honored techniques, potentially involving soaking, grinding, and steaming the rice batter.
An afternoon of indulging elephants.

In the foothills of Kulen Mountain, lies the Bos Thom Community Forest, 1100 acres of protected forest inhabited by the 14 elephants of Angkor. For 22 years, these elephants have given rides to visitors in the temples of the world heritage site. Today, they roam free in their natural habitat and are living testimony of a changing world.
From preparing healthy snacks to a walk through the forest and watching them roll in the mud, this experience is a good way to learn more about how to pamper these amazing creatures and treat them to their version of a good time. As the sun begins to set, have a picnic in the wild and say goodbye to the elephants before heading back to Siem Reap.

An early start will begin with a Tuktuk pick up at 4:30am from your hotel taking you directly to the magnificent Angkor Wat temple where you will see the sunrise over the ruins. Afterwards, you will enjoy a magical walk through the temple in the soft morning light and cool temperatures. A delicious breakfast awaits for you at the hotel so you can regain your energy. After breakfast, you will drive back to the temples, around the hidden trails of the Angkor complex, through the jungle to visit some of the park’s best-kept secrets as well as the iconic temples of the Bayon, Ta Prom and The Elephant Terrace. As the temperature rises, you will have a lunch by the local family before returning to your hotel.

Meet Sophos, a top chef living in a little village just outside the city. Join him on a trip to the local market to pick up fresh ingredients. Then, get ready to cook up a storm as he shows you how to make some amazing Cambodian food!

We give you some free time in the afternoon. Pamper yourself with a soothing massage at a local spa, or simply soak up the sun by the pool.
As the day winds down, prepare to be captivated by Phare, The Cambodian Circus! This high-octane performance fuses modern circus arts with stunning music, weaving tales that celebrate Cambodian traditions, ethos, and spirit. Prepare to be mesmerized by a vibrant blend of theater, dance, acrobatics, aerial feats, and more. Witness an explosion of virtuosity and raw emotion as the Phare performers captivate you with their strength and artistry.

After days filled with temples, culture and adventure, it's time to slow down and exchange the ancient wonders of Siem Reap for the white-sand beaches of Koh Rong. A short flight takes you from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville, where your private driver will be waiting to transfer you to the boat terminal. From here, travel by speedboat across the Gulf of Thailand to your island resort.

Once you arrive, the pace changes completely. Sink your feet into soft white sand, swim in warm tropical waters or find a quiet spot beneath the palm trees and simply do nothing at all. Explore the island, enjoy the views or spend the afternoon beside the sea with nowhere else you need to be. The next few days are yours to enjoy at your own pace.
